Job description:
- Regularly work with foreigners
- Support and answer customer questions via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Communicate, handle complaints and provide service information in a professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, coordinate with related departments to ensure the best customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication
- Male/female Good-looking appearance
- Experience in customer care is an advantage. (Accept fresh graduates, no experience will be trained)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, positive working attitude.
